Appalling place with a rude owner and extremely poor customer care.
I had to have nails removed in just 1 week due to pain. My nails were drilled so far down that I was in pain. When I told the owner she was extremely rude and said it was my problem. Professional nail salons do not drill nails and say this should not happen and that there certainly should not be pain. Along with poor hygiene, communication skills and complete lack of customer care, this is a place that should be avoided.

This is an awful place with extremely poor customer service. They were speaking chinese and laughing and smiling when i asked them about the nails i wanted. I literally showed them a picture of what i wanted but they still got it wrong. I had to request her to stop when she started and i walked out of the shop! Absolutely appalling service!

If I could give no stars, I would. I went for a manicure and pedicure. The place is filthy- thick dust on bins, the sink is scratched and black and marks all over the bottom of the footpath. The floor was unswept too and after my pedicure I was asked to walk with bare feet over to the chair. There were nail cuttings everywhere and I had to ask for a towel to put my feet on as I was concerned I might catch something. The pedicure was adequate and the shellac left me with scratchy snags that I've spent all week filing off. There was almost no communication and it was a very odd experience. Not pampering or relaxing as a nail visit should be. The woman next to me asked for ideas on nail art and they were quite rude and seemed annoyed shed asked. They don't seem to understand customer service at all. Terrible place- couldn't wait to be done and get out.

They do the best pedicure I ever had, I feel amazing after. Lilly are so good at putting the designing on. I recommend to all as I been to alots of place and not satisfied.

Very professional and good service, recommend to everyone who want fabulous nails. I am very please with mine as it lasted 6 weeks and still manage to infill them.
