Purchased a latte and mars bar, just got on the train & opened the mars bar which looked very pale. I checked the best before date which reads 19.11.17, it's the 12.02.18! No time to change it or get a refund as the train is now departing.

Monday 27th of November around 10:00, I went to pumpkin coffee in Swindon plt4 and the woman was alone on coffee I was 3rd person on the queue and I had a panini and she put on the tost while attended other clients I was waiting and my train was already on the platform I requested for my panini and she gave completely dark burned I only checked on the train when I was going to eat. It so sad... I don't will return there.

Is it ever possible to take advantage of the £1-50 bacon butty, when you buy a hot drink, offer? Every time I've asked, I've been dealt a variety of excuses for it not being available (... only up until ten o'clock, no bacon left, etc.). Perhaps the proprietors should take down this most prominent poster since it's a misrepresentation.

I was totally impressed with a cafe staff on flatform 4 today. She was on her own, early morning and I haven't seen a staff as efficient as her. I was 5th on d queue with only 7mins spare to get my breakfast before my train comes. She attended to everyone with her friendly voice, very professional, she has her routine to make sure not a single second wasted. I even managed to get a hot breakfast & coffee and still have 3 mins before my train comes. I saw d queue behind me and it was a lot longer when I came. Yet, this employee managed to keep her composure and didn't even panicked. I rarely give reviews but this lady deserves all d compliments(good). I didn't managed to get her name before I realised to leave a review tho.

Service is terrible, very slow had to leave my coffee and go as the train come while i was waiting and i paid for it.
