Went to Aqua G to have my eyebrows waxed the girl who did it she done a really bad job not only she didn't shape them right but grazed and pulled some of my skin leaving a scar at the side of my eyebrow just at the right time when you try to look that little bit nicer not very professional work should not be doing it

shocking service today. Bad attitude and poor quality treatments!!! Had eyebrow tint put in my hair which resulted in having it cut out. No refund then rang to complain to the manager who was rude! Posted my complaint on Facebook, another unhappy customer commented to say she'd had not only the hair removed after an eyebrow wax last week but also her skin! Terrible customer service, will not be visiting again.

I was very disappointed. I went for a Japanese manicure which I'd read about in the Guardian and online. What I'd read led me to expect an exfoliating hand mask, an intensive hand massage and attention to my cuticles followed by buffing of the nails and three applications of paste and powder. What I got, after removal of my existing shellac, was buffing and one application of paste and powder. That was it! No mask, no massage and cuticle removal. It took about thirty minutes and yet I was charged more than my regular nail technician charges for shellac which takes over an hour.
