I cannot believe I pay x amount of money for a ticket to London , by a coffee while I wait only to be treated by 5 members of staff taking up the lounge area .
I had to use a small seat near the main paper stand while all the staff sat very comfortably in the lounge drinking coffee and having a very nice chat about the night before
The station is not that inviting anyway but to be treated like this also is a disgrace
