Useless customer service.
My husband has an account at Hsbc, I wanted to open a personal account as well, so i needed a proof of adress. We brought (like said on the website) 4 documents with proof of adress, telephone bill, waterbill etc. And this blond lady said us it wasn’t enough and she couldn’t care less about a current accountholder AND a ‘new customer’ opening an account. She send us to the door as soon as possible. Not coming back and deleting the other bankaccount.
Lost a NEW customer AND an EX accountholder.
