The engineer arrived at the appointed time presenting himself in a friendly & helpful manner. He diagnosed the problem with my Central Heating system within, minutes & explained the work which needed to be undertaken & how long this would take in any easy to understand language (plain English) & gave me a VERY competitive set price for the job.
He carried out the work in an efficient & professional way repairing the fault & going through the complete system to ensure everything was working correctly. He explained throughout the process what he was doing & why he was doing it again, in plain English.
He also informed me that my problem had stemed from the fact that whoever had originaly installed the system had NOT installed it correctly and it did not comply to the Stautary Building Regulations (as my flat is less than 10 years old did suprise me).
