First used MIck on house purchase in 1997 and subsequent years for gas appliance installation and service. When central heating system provided by builder ceased to function reliably in 2008, Mick fitted a Worcester pressurised un-vented system which provided economic reliable service for 7 years. When PCB recently developed a fault which prevented the boiler firing up, Mick shuffled his busy schedule to fit us in (he continued to work until 7pm). No call out fee, no overtime premium - just price of the part plus service. Great value.
P.S. During this time I've used over 10 garages to service my cars but it never crossed my mind to change plumber.
