shocking service today. Bad attitude and poor quality treatments!!! Had eyebrow tint put in my hair which resulted in having it cut out. No refund then rang to complain to the manager who was rude! Posted my complaint on Facebook, another unhappy customer commented to say she'd had not only the hair removed after an eyebrow wax last week but also her skin! Terrible customer service, will not be visiting again.
