Just asked when passing about changing a battery on an Apple iPhone, the staff were very friendly and it was done in 90 minutes and didn't cost much at all. I don't know if different staff since those previous reviews but I found this shop to be very helpful and very friendly.

asked for blackberry sim port to be fixed and unlocked the first time it wouldnt recognise our sim cards, Then i took it back to be told it was our mistake and not theres and if it stopped working again then there aint no warrenty left!! then tried saying we scratched the sim port! deff dont recommend going to these guys they also tried to charge me TWICE!!!!! its poor and shocking how they speak to their customers in the shop!!!
