I signed up for a manager's deal Samsung UHD TV in the Swindon Brunei store. Paid my first month subscription in store, staffs were nice and very friendly ( Louise and Karen) . However this TV start to give me pain from the first minute I turned it on. It keeps on turning off and on intermittently saying software update in progress, do not disconnect or unplug power cable. I'm very very sad, imagine getting a TV and you decided not to turn on until a day you planned to impress your friends and you couldn't even get to turn on or watch any programme for a minute. What I don't really understand is , since this TV is refurbished , are there no engineer in store or a technician at least to check product before it's delivers to customers. I'm returning it when I return from my trip and will be asking for a full refund or a new TV. Saidi. Harding Street.
