Poor poor service. Went with all the details needed but due to slow service we lost our flights. We chose the destination of Spain instead but she would refuse to send us there despite it being our money and our holiday! Highly do not recommend going there. The lady went on the same chat forum that I could access from home to gather the same information that I had originally told her. Hopefully it was just the woman dealing with us and it isn't a reflection on the whole of the team.
