Waited 2 hours for food. Turned up cold. Was told delivery driver broken down however this seems to be a common theme from some of the reviews I have now read. Was promised a refund after saying I didn’t want food as it was cold and late. Owner told me to keep and I’d still get a refund. Chased and chased but nothing. Owner then became rude. He then tried to tell me I couldn’t claim the money back from the bank. Which was wrong as bank have advised I will get it back. Had the owner been civil I would have gladly excepted this was a one off and continued going to the restaurant. Wouldn’t now as he was so rude. On a positive, I will say the food is lovely and in itself, cannot be faulted when it’s received hot.
