Incredibly rude member of staff. Tried to find a sample of Tom Ford to smell as none were out. No prices on them either. No notice to say ask a member of staff. We found the samples to smell in a drawer and then was loudly berated by a member of staff, they were exceptionally rude and lost themselves a sale. Would give zero stars if could. I shop there regularly and am now never going back.
