I booked a service for my gas boiler. Unfortunately the engineer damaged my dishwasher and boiler cover. Mr Justin Goodheart came to my house, and he suggested they replace the dishwasher. And repair the boiler cover. They followed this up and replaced the dishwasher and repaired the boiler cover. Today I telephoned to get a quote for a new shower for my bathroom and additional pump for second shower.. Mr Justin Goodheart refused to do further work because I was to fussy over the damaged dishwasher that the engineer did. What an unprofessional company why should I live with a damaged dishwasher which was approx 18 months old. I would never recommened anyone to this company if that is how they treat customers when they damage any items in the house they are working.
