I wouldn’t recommend! The young Girl was polite and seemed nice but definitely not experienced I paid for a full groom for my year old havapoo he has super soft wavy hair & can get matted in a couple of places so we explained where and we didn’t want it to short and wanted clear eyes tail cleaned up a little and his body specially bottom area shorter but she skinned him almost it was 1ml short all over apart from his ears and mouth she didn’t even trim his tail his legs are patchy and bold in places and nearly to his poor skin I’ve had to put a jumper on 24/7 as he’s so cold. He came back with knots around his ears tail and a big one under his chin she didn’t even touch around his private parts so it looks so wired ! I wouldn’t ever go back or recommend. I paid £55 for a terrible job. It took 1:40 so I didn’t expect a top detailed job as I know brushing there coats can be time consuming but if she would of tried she would of seen his knots or mats come out really easily as he dosent have curly hair but using the clippers is quick I suppose. I’m so upset and wouldn’t recommend
