Difficuty getting help with an outstanding order Click and collect. No one seems to know in store where my order is. I was redirected in store twice and both re directed me back to where I'd come from. I ordered baby sleeping bags in a sale costing £20 saving £5.. My bank statement shows £20 paid to Asda George on 1 December. . So why has no one got any information on where I can collect. I have gone on line to check the George direct site and the item is still available but as the price of now £25 due to sale closed. I either need a refund of £20 if my order is lost, but then I'll have to re order at the non sale price of £25 . This is very frustrating. I don't wish to do a re ordered if my original order is waiting for me to collect soemwhere, but no one can tell me the click and collect point of collection. This is urgent as I need the order.
