Simply the worst service possible! Such a disappointing experience towards our daughter's big day. The staff made promises that a dress could be altered to fit when this turned out not to be the case. This was confirmed by their own seamstress but they have steadfastly refused a refund despite the dress being over 2 sizes too big and totally unwearable.They clearly make false claims in order to achieve the sale. Staff are rude and unwelcoming. A horrendous experience for a bride to be!
