If I could give no stars, I would. I went for a manicure and pedicure. The place is filthy- thick dust on bins, the sink is scratched and black and marks all over the bottom of the footpath. The floor was unswept too and after my pedicure I was asked to walk with bare feet over to the chair. There were nail cuttings everywhere and I had to ask for a towel to put my feet on as I was concerned I might catch something. The pedicure was adequate and the shellac left me with scratchy snags that I've spent all week filing off. There was almost no communication and it was a very odd experience. Not pampering or relaxing as a nail visit should be. The woman next to me asked for ideas on nail art and they were quite rude and seemed annoyed shed asked. They don't seem to understand customer service at all. Terrible place- couldn't wait to be done and get out.
