Very poor service. Whilst living in a house rented by swindon homes direct. They instructed a workman to complete some jobs within the house. They gave him a key yet did not inform me of thus. I returned home from work thinking I had been burgled. Emailed an official complaint to Swindon Homes Direct and did not even get an acknowledgement of them recieving the complaint, let alone an apology. Would never recommend them, or choose to use them in the future.
