When such a big occassion is being organised an element of friendliness and cooperation is appreciated. But here it is the opposite!! Its like a regime with no leeway, unfriendly and uncooperative staff. The worst possible environment for such an important occasion. Try Trousseux in Wood Street its much more professional! My daughter left in tears after her ordeal and we were asked to leave as taking pictures was too much for them to cope with!!!
