After several years of using Swindon Homes Direct to manage our property, it became a challenge to deal with them when moving back into the house. The person who deals with their rental properties is impossible to work with and they seem to favour the tenant rather than the property owner. We then had contractors who also said they were extremely unprofessional when they tried to deal with them.
