Don't waste your time with this poor attempt at an opticians. I've waited 45 minutes today with 4 people coming after me being seen. This is after being told on Friday there were no appointments available by the store, which was corrected by the call centre on Saturday morning. So having arrived at my appointment time I'm directed to the waiting room, after 45 mins I go back to the desk....the reason for not being seen is that the computer says I haven't turned up, despite being booked in by one of the staff. I then lost all faith and asked for my prescription information in order to go elsewhere.. Amazingly enough it wasn't available....the latest info they have on me is from 3 years ago, despite my being there twice since. On my way home the manager calls me and says that having checked the cctv system he sees me coming in and being directed to the waiting room.....so he says "it is our fault" .....no? Really?....his last ditch attempt is to offer me 50% off any future purchase....pathetic! I'd sooner deal with people who are aware, organised and professional....even if it costs more money. I don't think My eye condition should be subject to a Dutch auction....I've given Boots opticians a one star rating only due to the fact you can't give a zero.
