very good school, great fitness can be achieved with great coaching from Chris and his son, Daniel Hughes who to my knowledge has been former or could may well be presently champion. over the years they have had some great fighters come through, to name one would be Sammi Salem. You can be asured they will offer you good sparring training and taught proper form, and real fights are an option if interested! I was a member here a few years ago and only stopped due to work commitments and also now live in Australia. Would be the first place i will go to if i ever come back.
