Never knew “the cosmetic company store” don’t exchange the product if the customer got wrong product. This Cosmetics Company Store is the only one in this whole world who doesn’t exchange or refund. This is ridiculous. If they don’t exchange or refund then they should write in store or inform that they don’t exchange or refund.
