Oh dear, really disappointed in this jeweller, asked them to convert a long chain into three bracelets . They measured us for them and got them all wrong sizes,have had to go back twice to sort out right sizes and taken nearly two months to even just do them the wrong size. My wife's fits me, my daughters was too long and mine was wrong size and had a damaged link, when asked to start bracelets from undo aged end. Very willing to put things right , but such a disappointment when they came back wrong.
