AVOID. I entrusted my Rolex to the store for service beleiveing they were a reputable establishment. I was told it would take 4 weeks. I took 10 weeks and an email to the General Manager demanding the return of the watch, before I got it back.
During the delay, the store did not have the courtesy to contact me. Instead I was forced to visit o call the store on a week for 6 weeks to establish progress. Each time I was told it was nearly ready and would be availible for collection the following week.
The store eventually offered me 10% off my next purchase. I will not be accepting their offer as I would never give hem my custom again. AVOID
