Dear Madam
We are very sorry to hear of your apparent dissatisfaction with Bridal Boutique,
but you were fully aware of our terms and conditions regarding fittings, when your daughter decided to purchase her gown, which very clearly states that we do not do fittings on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. This is because we do not have a seamstress on these days .
I hope that you have a pleasant shopping experience with your next daughter and that your chosen shop lives up to all your expectations . We really would like to have had the opportunity to have discussed your apparent grievances, personally, rather than a posting on social media and have to ask why it has taken you such a long time to do so !!   09-02-14
