Abysmal. In Swindon for a meeting and heel on my boot worked loose. £37 for repairs to both boots. Guaranteed heels fell off 3 weeks later.
Timpsin "Customer care" asked me to return the boots to the kiosk. 300 mile round trip. Had the boots repaired locally for £10. This time staples used instead of one, insufficient, dollop of glue.
Avoid this place. Kiosk in Brunel centre.
