Not sure about helpful, had a 'almost new' Cabin Bed that they said they would take months ago, The delays and excuses kept coming usually about moving to a larger warehouse. Finally they said they would come, but never showed, set a new date, rang to say they are busy and is it in pieces? We finished getting it ready so as to be loaded in minutes. Then the call "We are declining to take it", nothing to do with being a Saturday afternoon and the Cup Final. Meanwhile we had declined two offers at a higher price because we stick to a 'contract' even when verbal. John Aldridge and his company appear to be less 'professional' so would have to recommend that you stay clear of them.
