This is a lovely store that I walk through on my way to Boots! On one of my shopping trips, I needed to use the bathroom, and as I was in Marks & Spencer, I made my way to use the facilities. OMG! the ladies toilets were smelly and dirty, I held my breath until I got outside into the first floor corridor leading to the Menswear Department. I really cannot believe that a store like this one, which always looks so clean and inviting with merchandise displayed so beautifully, could have such disgusting facilities for their loyal customers, and the wider public. Surely other ladies having given some feedback? well if they have, they have been ignored by Marks & Spencer Regent Street Swindon.
