I bought a jumper at marks and spencers outlet in december,when I got home I found a hole in the back of it,I was very cross as I had bought it for a xmas present,as I live in Andover I could not take it back.
I rang the store and the young lady was very helpful,she said they would send me a gift voucher to replace the jumper.
Voucher arrived after a month,but I was very pleased to receive it.
