I cannot believe I pay x amount of money for a ticket to London , by a coffee while I wait only to be treated by 5 members of staff taking up the lounge area .
I had to use a small seat near the main paper stand while all the staff sat very comfortably in the lounge drinking coffee and having a very nice chat about the night before
The station is not that inviting anyway but to be treated like this also is a disgrace 19-09-17

Lovely staff, very helpful and coffee passable.
However, the environment is appalling. The furniture is all over the place - looks like a jumble sale, and the walls look as if they haven't been painted for 20 years. Come on Swindon. Buck up! 30-09-15
