Love having my nails and pedi done at this salon. Very clean, lots of colour choices. All the staff is lovely but my favourite is Lyn.

Just got back from Megan's nails another brilliant job thank you Sonny !! ,A very good experience all shielding in place excellent social distancing, i felt very safe everyone knew their place and what to do ,it's my first time out and I will definitely be going back thank you all very much see you all again in a few weeks .

I used to to go Megan’s and could never fault their work, I had infills done the other day by the older guy in there and it was absolutely shocking!! Infills were rushed and took 10 mins to do, I felt too uncomfortable to tell them I wasn’t happy with them, after I left the salon, there were loads of bubbles in the nail varnish because it was applied so quickly and also the top coat didnt even cover all of the nail and the varnish, it’s honestly 3/4 down my nail, funny thing was he was in a rush to do my nails but didn’t have anyone else after me he just went out the back, my nails look vile and I will NEVER go back there, service as gone down hill massively

Ruined my nails.
Absolutely awful application of gel polish - used own nails to push my cuticles down and caused bleeding!
Take off was just as awful- my nails have been left damaged.
When I messaged the salon about the entire experience hey just blocked me! Pretty disgusting service all round.

I've had my nails done in Megan's Nails three times now and i get less and less impressed each time i go in there.
This time i went in there i was told there would be a 10 minute wait, but in actual fact i waited at least half an hour to be seen by someone, but the other party member with me was seen after 15 minutes.
Once i was seen, the gentleman was rough and i felt like i was being rushed. Not only that but once i got home, i noticed that one of the nails had been put on wonky. WONKY. Another nail has got a bit of fiber stuck in the paint.
Overall i am not very happy with the fact i paid 25 pound for a set of acrylic nails, that have not been done to a certain, expected standard. I won't be returning to Megan's Nails again.

I've been going to megans for 3 years I've been to all different places and found megans is the best I've never had a problem I've chopped the paint a couple of days later (caught my finger on a knife entirely my fault) went in and they repainted all of my nails for me and didn't charge. They don't have the best customer service because they don't speak a lot of English only 4 stars because 1 man who works at megans is very rude and you can tell he doesn't want to be at work and even if you book you can still be waiting for up to half an hour after you get there. Always happy with the service and well recomended. If you ring and book and ask for lyn she is fast and the quality of work in my opinion is slightly higher than the rest. Relaxing way for myself and my mum to sit and catch up while having out nails done.

I have been going to Megan nails for 18 months now after having acrylic nails done in and around Swindon for 7 years or so. I was surprised to read reviews that are less than great because I have always found them to be polite, professional, their work is second to none and their prices are very reasonable. I would recommend them to absolutely anyone.

First and last time. The people there very rude , people skills non existent, got a lot of pulling and pushing of my hands. My first time, will pay extra to go some where more professional !!

I had booked an appointment for a saturday that I had booked off work, when I got there I was told that i wasn't booked in and when i said that I had called the week before to book it and confirmed the date with them over the phone (my friend was there when I done this so I know I wasn't going crazy) the girl just stood there smirking and shrugging her shoulders saying that there was no appointments left for that day. Then the only girl that can speak english came over and said that it had been booked in for the saturday before and that it was my fault. When I told her that I had repeated the dates to her over the phone she was still insisting that it was all my fault, when I said that the other girl had no customer service and was rude to me shrugging her shoulders she just said that she didn't fully understand and didn't even apologize for any of what had happened and when I told her that I would no longer be recommending them to friends and family she didn't care and just said ok and shrugged her shoulders too. I found them very unprofessional and will NEVER recommend them to anyone!!!!

Very impressive service and fantastic desgines, cant wait to go again. the prices are good compared to other places in swindon. book in advance as they get very busy.
