Incredibly rude member of staff. Tried to find a sample of Tom Ford to smell as none were out. No prices on them either. No notice to say ask a member of staff.
We found the samples to smell in a drawer and then was loudly berated by a member of staff, they were exceptionally rude and lost themselves a sale.
Would give zero stars if could.
I shop there regularly and am now never going back.

Was in this store last weekend very rude staff and didn’t want to help and just stand around - don’t offer refunds even if your changed your mind an hour later! Wouldn’t shop here again

Never knew “the cosmetic company store” don’t exchange the product if the customer got wrong product. This Cosmetics Company Store is the only one in this whole world who doesn’t exchange or refund. This is ridiculous. If they don’t exchange or refund then they should write in store or inform that they don’t exchange or refund. Don’t like the service at all and for this, never gonna visit the store in my lifetime which (Swindon designer outlet).
